PROJECT CONTEXT
The Parish of Nuestra Señora de Balvanera is one of Buenos Aires’ historic parish temples, actively used for religious services and community gatherings.
The intervention focused on the restoration of the church’s marble altar, requiring precise surface cleaning methods capable of removing deposits while preserving delicate stone craftsmanship.
The project also marked the early introduction of IBIX® micro-abrasion systems in Argentine heritage restoration.
